UWB Model - Multiband OFDM - 200 Mb/s Mode *** GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS *** 1. Unzip/copy all files into a writable folder. 2. Start MATLAB (R14, v7.0). 3. Change directory to above folder. 4. Open uwb.mdl (double click on file in Current Directory pane). 5. The first time the model runs, it will automatically generate four .mat files. (These channel model files are required to run the model.) The following files are included: *** Files specific to UWB application example *** uwb.mdl: UWB model - open this to begin. uwb_lib.mdl: Library blocks for UWB model. uwb_init.m: Initialization; called before model is loaded. uwb_settings: Sets up structure containing system parameters ('uwb' in workspace). uwb_imr.m: Initializes UWB channel impulse response. uwb_sv_*.m: Four M-files used to generate channel impulse responses (MAT files). *** Utilities used by UWB application example *** udg.m: User-defined graphics (M-file S-function). plothist.m: Fixed point analysis and visualization. fpscaling.m: Selector function for setting scaling for various word lengths. show_data_type_overrides.m: Sets block color according to data type.
