说明： 1通过socket实现的FTP客户端，也是计算机网络的课程设计，内有详细说明，以及使用方法。
2由于出自学生之手，有少许错误还请包涵在VS2005环境下测试通过，可查看目录，改变目录，上传文件，下载文本文件（不同操作系统的服务器，自己开服务器可以下所有类型文件），
3操作方式类似于控制台方式打开FTP。
4网上少有的使用C++的SOCKET方式访问FTP，算法属于底层算法，不同于直接使用FTP类
