说明： This toolbox is meant to facilitate the manipulation of images and
video in Matlab. Its purpose is to complement, not replace, Matlab s Image
Processing Toolbox, and in fact it requires that the Matlab Image Toolbox
be installed. Emphasis has been placed on code efficiency and
code reuse.

The original source code for the oceans toolbox can be found in
../Matlab/oceans directory which was developed for Matlab version 4.2.
The files included here have been tested and modified for version 5.1.
This directory may be incomplete since I haven't had time to test
them all yet.
