-= libmpr and mpr2geotiff =- libmpr is a C++ library to read raster maps in the mph/mpr file format. This proprietary format is used for topographic maps published by German land survey offices (Landesvermessungsmter) on CD/DVD as Top10, Top25, Top50, Top100 and Top200. Also included is mpr2geotiff, a command line application to convert said maps into the open GeoTIFF format.
