Readme.txt for emUSB MSD sample for AT91SAM7SE512 Propose: =================== The sample shows a USB MSD device built with the following products: emUSB + MSD component emFile Storage layer + NAND driver The following steps are automatically done: * Init/detect NAND flash, low level format it if required. * configure emUSB stack * configure MSD component * start emUSB * Blink, if device is not enumerated * After enumeration a new drive will be shown on the HOST. Limitation: =================== The stack runs for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the stack does not answer to HOST requests. Supported hardware: =================== The sample project for ATMEL AT91SAM7SE512 is prepared to run on an ATMEL AT91SAM7SE512-EK eval board, but may be used on other target hardware as well. The used NAND flash will be automatically detected. Configurations ============== - Debug_FLASH: This configuration is prepared for debugging and can be downloaded into internal FLASH using J-Link and CSpy. A call of AT91SAM7SE512_FLASH.mac ensures that FLASH is mapped at 0x00. - Release_FLASH: This configuration is prepared to build a "release" output which can be downloaded into FLASH using CSPy and IAR Flashloader. A call of AT91SAM7SE512_FLASH.mac ensures that FLASH is mapped at 0x00. AT91SAM7SE512_emUSB_MSD_NAND.bin ================================ This file is a prebuilt binary image of the project's release configuration. It can be flashed with either J-Flash or SAM-BA/SAM-PROG or any other tool into the internal flash of the Atmel AT91SAM7SE512.
