说明： TMS320F2812 的基于bios的烧入flash运行的工程，运行结果是一个io口控制的led灯不停闪烁。bios烧写需要经过较多的配置过程，可以此作为基础添加自己的代码，就可以将工程烧入flash运行，免去重新配置的麻烦。
(TMS320F2812-based burn into the flash of the bios to run the project, run result is a mouth-controlled io non-stop flashing led lights. bios programmer need to go through more of the configuration process, you can add your own as the basis of this code, you can burn into the flash to run the project, replacing the trouble of re-configuration.)
