CONTENTS ======== The zip contains the following files: 1. gacs.dll (win32) / gacs.mexglx (linux): windows/linux mex dynamic library gacs solver. Its containing folder should be added to the matlab path. For a help message write >>help gacs 2. gacs.m m-file, only used for displaying the help message. 3. gacs_demo.m: simple matlab routine which serves as example on how gacs() can be called. Applies a variant of chan-vese's region-based segmentation model. 4. 3shapes.pgm toy image used in the demo. COPYING ======= The contents of this folder are a subset of GAC++ GAC++ is Copyright 2004-2007 by George Papandreou. GAC++ is distributed under the GNU General Public Licence (GPL).
