西门子ppi协议，支持V区操作，实际应用中足够了，
支持V区的位、字节，字和双字操作，
默认一次可以读取100个字节。
控件默认参数为串口1，PLC地址2，Even效验，波特率9600
使用控件时，一般只需更改2个属性：
1、PLC地址 plcAddress
2、串口号 port
