1.Copy the related ver Ulp file to Eagle ulp dir.
2.After loading Pcb file ,Run the ulp file. e.g 'run eagle4.ulp'
3.Now run Utility ,clik open to open the generated .txt file from Eagle Pcb.
4. Finaly Convert.
