说明： 用C++Builder制作的抽奖活动,界面上点右键,菜单中可添加抽奖用的名单,默认可抽三个三等奖,两个二等奖,一个一等奖.图文并茂,适用于单位组织活动时抽奖用.可自己更改背景音乐及背景图片.
