A new GINA for Windows NT, version 0.9 beta, January 19*** This GINA brings new functionality to Windows NT which many users complained is missing: - get rid of Ctrl-Alt-Del prior to logging on - prevent password protected screen savers - run a script at system shutdown - run a script at logoff -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Read the documentation in readme.html CAREFULLY before running this program! I decided to write the documentation in HTML format, since it offers platform-independent formatting options, browsers are wide-spread nowadays, and the contents of a HTML text can still be understood with a standard text editor. To view the contents of the readme.html file on NT 4.0, simply type 'readme.html' on the Command Prompt. This will start your registered browser with the file. Unpack the files with a UNZIP program that understands long filenames and preserves the directory structure. Files in the .\axp and .\x86 directory are for DEC Alpha and Intel x86 resp. If you are courageous and never read documentation, 'cd' to the directory appropriate for your architecture and start ginasetup.exe. Don't blame me for any consequences! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
