说明：  这是一个电梯调度模拟算法，基于MFC的对话框写的，有电梯移动的界面，输入电梯等待人数，点击仿真，就会再不同楼层随机产生等待的人，请求电梯承载，电梯会在有请求的层数打印出，谁进了电梯，谁出了电梯的文字描述，当所有人都使用完电梯，则算法结束，当中用到了timer，但是我把图像处理的那部分都写在了画图里面，导致系统界面会不断刷新，输入多人仿真的时候效果比较明显
