说明：  本次仿真程序对一串二进制信息采用Hamming编码后再进行2PSK调制，在某种无线AWGN信道上进行传输，然后并在接收端进行解调，并译码。最后画出其在没有采用纠错编码时、采用纠错编码后但未译码前以及译码后的误比特曲线。
