BPN-based-iris-Recongition.rar - method for automatic blood vessel detection based on mathematical morphology and coye filter. The proposed method performs certain preprocessing steps on the gray-scale of the input image to enhance image quality. The blood vessels are highlighted using by using contrast enhancement and average filter. The blood vessel in image is finally detected using coye filter. The performance of the proposed method was uated. The results confirm that the proposed method detects blood vessels quite efficiently and accurately. Blood-Vessel-Extraction-For-Retinal-Images-.zip - This paper presents an automated blood vessel detection method the fundus image. The method first performs some basic image preprocessing tasks on the gray-scale of the retinal image. The blood vessels are highlighted using by using contrast enhancement and average filter. The performance of the proposed method is tested by applying it on retinal images Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction (DRIVE)database. Accuracy of the proposed method is found to be higher than the other methods which imply that the proposed method is more efficient and accurate.
