[服务配置与启动]
通过开始菜单的“极限网络办公 - Office Automation”项目中的服务配置程序可配置和启动服务。
安装结束后，会自动进入服务配置程序，只有进行了正确的配置，服务程序才能正确运行。

OA管理员用户名：admin 密码为空

[数据备份]
备份前，先执行开始菜单的“极限网络办公 - Office Automation”项目中的“服务停止”程序，停止OA系统运行。
首先将数据库备份：直接拷贝备份 “安装目录\data\TD_OA” 目录。
然后将附件文件备份：直接拷贝备份“安装目录\attach”目录和“安装目录\webroot\attachment”目录。
如需备份用户自定义头像：直接拷贝备份“安装目录\webroot\images\avatar” 目录。
如果您觉得分别备份这些目录太麻烦，直接拷贝备份整个“安装目录”也是可以的。
备份后，执行开始菜单的“极限网络办公 - Office Automation”项目中的“服务启动”程序，恢复OA系统运行。
建议每2-3周做一次完整备份，每周备份一次TD_OA数据库目录。也可通过使用第三方备份软件实现自动备份

恢复前，先执行开始菜单的“极限网络办公 - Office Automation”项目中的“服务停止”程序，停止OA系统运行。
将备份目录拷贝回原来的位置即可。
恢复后，执行开始菜单的“极限网络办公 - Office Automation”项目中的“服务启动”程序，恢复OA系统运行。
重要提示：备份的数据只能在相同版本的OA软件中进行恢复！用户应以正在使用的版本为准，而不是购买时的版本。如有疑问，务必咨询清楚后操作。

[系统卸载步骤]
运行 WINDOWS 控制面板中的“添加-删除程序”，卸载“Office Automation 网络智能办公系统”，即可完全卸载本系统。

[常见问题]
问题一：软件安装后打不开页面怎么办？
1、进入控制面板-管理工具-服务，确认下 OA_Service服务启动了么。
2、开始->程序->极限Office Automation->服务配置，建议使用80或8080，8000等常见端口。
3、检查访火墙开放了端口，或允许d:\myoa\bin\apache.exe访问网络。
4、软件安装路径不要有中文，不要安到d:\这样的根目录，而应安在d:\myoa这样的目录。
问题二：为什么显示未登录，请重新登录？
输入网址中，如果使用计算机名，不能是中文的，建议使用IP地址。
另外，服务器计算机名不能有下划线，例如：web_app是不行的。
还有可能是IE禁用了cookie。
