说明：  非常小巧好用的一个XML处理类，可以生成/解析XML文件。 原作者出处不详，应该是俄罗斯人写的， 原生DELPHI代码，不依赖其它文件。 它与 NativeXML 差不多，但最大的区别是 NativeXML 是基于类的，而 SimpleXML 是基于接口的。所以可以很方便生成DLL，接入程序， 更利于代码重用的思想。
