RS232串口转以太网TCP/IP双向传输接口使用说明: 本装置有5个串口,初始波特率为9600,一个以太网接口,采用的是TCP连接,端口号1025,初始参数为IP地址:192.168.0.15,子网掩码:255.255.255.0,网关:192.168.0.1。 上位机通过TCP连接到本装置的1025端口后即可向串口发送数据,通讯协议如下: 需要对哪个串口发送数据,在数据前加1~5中相应的数字即可,例如要通过串口4发送数据,在上位机发送4××××,××××将通过串口4发送出去; 如果需要读取串口返回的数据,发送相应的串口号即可读取。例如要读取串口4接受的数据,上位机发送4,数据将从缓冲区中读出。 其他测试与设置指令如下: 上位机发送6,转换设备将复位; 上位机发送7,将返回软件的版本号“Software Version 1.0\n”,可用于测试TCP连接是否成功; 上位机发送0后面接IP地址,子网掩码和网关,将为转换器设置新输入的参数。例如要设置的IP地址,子网掩码和网关为192.168.0.100,255.255.255.0,192.168.0.1 则上位机发送0192168000100255255255000192168000001,请注意,IP地址,子网掩码,网关中的0要输入为000,且顺序是IP地址,子网掩码和网关,不能改变。如果忘记设备的参数,可以按复位键,参数将还原成初始参数。 注意:为每个串口设置的缓冲区大小有限,如果长时间不读取串口数据,在连续接受串口数据的情况下,有可能造成缓冲区溢出。 串口寄存器设置含义:U16 0xFFFF ------------------------------------------------------------------ | [23..22] | [21..20] | [19..18] | [17] | [16..0] | ------------------------------------------------------------------ | Mode | Parity | StopBits | WordLength | BaudRate | ------------------------------------------------------------------ Mode: [15]Send/TX Enable 发送使能 高电平有效 [14]Receive/RX Enable 接受使能 高电平有效 Parity:[13..12] 00:None 无校验 01:Even 偶校验,占用数据的末位 10:Odd 奇校验,占用数据的末位 StopBits:[11..10] 00:0.5bit 0.5位结束位 01:1bit 1位结束位 10:1.5bits 1.5位结束位 11:2bits 2位结束位 WordLength:[9] 0:8bits 8位字长 1:9bits 9位字长 BaudRate:[8..0] 从1200到115200的波特率
