说明：  程序里有基二fft时域，频域c代码，还有基4，分裂基算法，实序列fft变换的源程序，都是头文件的形式，我已经在vc++6.0的环境下调试通过。且这些程序的位倒序部分，旋转因子部分采用的是比较快的算法，应该与本网站已有的程序不同，我的算法较快。
