Thank you for you interest in the VB .NET Client example from Kepware Technologies. If you plan to transfer the "Simple VB .NET OPC Example" project files to complile or run on another PC, you will need to copy the "OPCdaauto.dll" and the "Update_OPCdaauto.bat" files into the System32 folder of your Operating System and run the "Update_OPCdaauto.bat" by double clicking on it to register the new "OPCdaauto.dll" file. NOTE: This step is performed for you when you install KEPServerEx using the KEPServerEX installation. This will allow the projects to run without error. Because this project was originally a native VB6 project, warnings will occur after the conversion using VS .NET 2005. We plan on releasing updated VB .NET projects that are built with VS 2005 in the near future, please check back periodically on our website for the updated installation.
