--- Using the compiled version of FluorFit ---
----------------------------------------------
Run FluorFit.exe
- As a test, open the session FluorFitSession.mat located in the sessions folder.
- Examples data can be found in the data folder.
Examples are loaded using 'Number of text header lines' = 13.
- For source code, updates and related software go to:
www.fluortools.com
-------------------------------------------
NOTE: Loading the program for the first time after computer
restart may take up to 60 s depending on your platform.
Prerequisites for running FluorFit.exe
. Verify the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) is installed and ensure you
have installed version 8.0 (R2012b). If the MCR is not installed,
download the Windows 32-bit version of the MCR for R2012b:
http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html
NOTE: You will need administrator rights to run MCRInstaller.
. This software may require the .NET Framework 2.0. You can get it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5
. If running FluorFit.exe still does not work try running matgui.exe directly instead:
matgui.exe is the actual program - FluorFit.exe just loads the splash screen
upon startup to let the user know the application has started.
- For more information about the MCR and the MCR Installer, see
Distribution to End Users in the MATLAB Compiler documentation
in the MathWorks Documentation Center.
