1.S使用MsgID广播消息，由于只有接收端识别这个消息句柄，所以R响应，并返回自己的句柄。
2.S收到接收方句柄，发送wm_copydata传递数据。
3.R收到数据后，发送回执，通知S已收到数据。
4.S触发发送完毕事件。
